Lisa Jane the call handler really worked hard in finding the right and most suitable flights for me and gave me live options of various flights by email so I could check the most suitable flights for my needs and all I had to fo was to reply on that email so she could book that flight. I was most impressed by the speed with which she got the flight options and I quickly booked the flight most suitable for me within minutes.
