I had some worries in the site especially that it is my first time using it. I checked with the hotel directly to confirm the reservation but they informed it was not in their system, when i called travel up customer service they informed me that it take 3 to 4 working days to reflect my reservation. I sent them an email also to follow is this and Faraz Ali was very supportive and he contacted the hotel to share with me their system confirmation number and make sure that my reservation is there.
