My mother's flight was cancelled British Airway, I was informed by BA to re-schedule my flight with TravelUp. Unfortunately, the two advisors I spoke to did not do their job effectively, however, I spoke to Nash Davies, and he was very attentive to my issue and found a solution which enabled me to re-schedule my mother's flight.
