Taha Siddiqui was IMMENSELY helpful. I had been struggling to book my tickets online so I called TravelUp, Taha contacted admin for me, kept me updated every step of the way and guided me through the whole process until I had paid for the tickets and they had been confirmed. He was understanding, patient and extremely polite - outstanding customer service by Taha. I'm very grateful for all his help, :).
