Shaikh Omar helped work issues where TravelUp couldn't provide the itinerary shown by KAYAK. He came up with an acceptable option and was supportive in the follow-up details.
I'm disappointed that TravelUp couldn't provide the KAYAK itinerary when I went straight from KAYAK on their link.
