I thought I did this on the first email, but I truly don’t mind as this one seems more thorough. Regarding customer support, I couldn’t be more pleased. I kept running into a problem trying to pay my deposit, getting a notice that my bank was decking the payment. For a second time I called, as the first time the call would go through. This time I was greeted by Sara Martin who made the payment process so much easier and told be exactly that me balance, plus the $7.95 convenience fee had to be paid by August 12. She instilled confidence with the process and has made me a new customer thank you for that and for Sara. Clearly, I am impressed with Travel Up’s pricing, the ease for find places and dates, and more.
