BA cancelled our flight, and not very responsive or helpful in sorting it out. Russell and Muhammad Ibrhim took up the slack for BA and shorted everything. Then when BA failed to send tickets and were cutting of calls to the helpline Travel up helped again. We would have been really stuck without them. They appeared to be working far more hours than they advertised. The communication was excellent and they didn't let us down. BA could learn a lot from them.
