The BASTER Tahir Sajjad booked our family’s 6 tickets, 2 Adults and 4 kids. After booking he Beg to give him 5 stars and we found he even missed one ( Letter ). When I contacted him back he told it will be fixed within few hrs. After that he ran away and not contacting me and other person behalf of him asking £75.00 charges to fix it. He is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person we have experienced. I attached e-mail screenshots in which they asking to pay £75.00 , I will complain to the AIRLINE as well.
