Initially I was little disappointed that I received the time update from airline and travelup didn't informed me about it even after 24 hour of update from airline. But the support from customer care was good. Although I had to wait more than 10 minutes in queue but satisfied with their service. Especially Mr. Asad Khan helped me to resolve my issue quickly, he was speedy in addressing my queries. I am very thankful to him.
