I had the unfortunate experience of the airline cancelling two of the four legs of my flights. I contacted TravelUp and my case was handled by Lisa Jane.
She handled my query with incredible speed, contacted the airline, replied via email and a follow up call and she would also handle the refund request on my behalf after my return home.
If this is what customer service looks like at TravelUp, I am more than happy to continue with using their service.
