We were so many passengers on the same flights, which were unfortunately cancelled. The team at Travel Up ( ASAD, ROMAN and AYESHA) were fantastic in assistance with the re-bookings. The team understood our problems, then they did everything possible to advise and assist us.
The only problem was the long time taken on the telephones to get through to anybody at Travel Up.
