I was very pleased with professional approach and great costumer service of Roy Edwards.After our flight cancellation I went in panic mode. Roy helped to put my mind in ease by confirming that our flight will be rescheduled and we will get on plane.He called the booking team and even if it was close to end of their office hours he made sure we will get response to our email and updates regarding our alternative flight.I am waiting for new e-tickets hopefully they will arrive as promised within 72 hr.time frame. Thank you for your help
