I needed help with wheelchair access for an elderly traveller. I was asked to contact the airline direct rather than going through Travel Up. I asked for a telephone number to speak to the airline as I was struggling to get through to them and was told they do not have a number. It took me two days to resolve the issue by the airline NOT TravelUp. I will never book through them again and strongly recommend that others should consider this before booking.
