We have found this company to be an absolute shambles. We cancelled our flights with them and expected a partial refund. We were passed to a call center with a team who could hardly speak English.....suspect that was deliberate, rather than refund us they charged a further £1700!! That was after 1 hour of being on the phone. Not giving up but stay well clear they are not a reputable company despite the professional looking Web page. One of the call agents actually swore at my wife when she phoned to complain.......disgusting.
