I had booked my ticket late on a Saturday and when the E-ticket came through in the night (out of office hours) the names had been incorrectly recorded. Rang up Sunday morning and spoke to KYLE ROBERTS. He was very polite, patient and helpful. He advised that I would get the required response on the next working day - the Monday.
I appreciated how he spoke to me and how he dealt with my need. I cannot fault his customer service.
