Very helpful today when booking a flight which we had a credit voucher for due to previous COVID cancellations. Was helpful throughout the 2hrs on the phone, and found us a flight £500 cheaper than what we found initially. Was sorted as quickly as possible over the phone, which can be difficult but Ayesha was patient throughout which was very useful.
