I booked a ticket via travel up. Unfortunately the airline changed the schedule. TravelUp phone line was dreadfull. Utterly useless. Zero Stars. However, I emailed back the agent who informed of the change and thankfully he dealt with the issue immaculately.
Asad Khan was courteous and communicated with me excellently. He got the flights sorted to my new preferred dates. Got the ticket issued and the new ticket over to me. Thank you so much Asad Khan.
A problem solved. TravelUp needs to improve its phone customer services.
