I was really happy I have booked tickets with TravelUp, rather than directly with BA. One of the fights was cancelled, I spent an hour waiting on the phone for BA support just to be said that they can do nothing for me. TravelUp agent Muhammad picked the call within 2 minutes and resolved the issue within 5, rebooking to the more convenient flight than the one offered by BA.
