After checking using the airline app using the booking code, I noticed that the flights had been cancelled. I contacted the airline and they informed me it was due to etickets not been issued and they rebooked the flights, but got cancelled again. I then contacted TravelUp and Roy Edwards was able to rebook the flights and issued new etickets. Everything worked out. Thank you.
