I had booked flights to NZ in July and received E- Ticket documentation confirming booking. However, recently I received an e-mail direct from Qatar Airways saying that due to operational reasons my flights had been changed and that I should contact my travel agent to discuss the matter further - I was not impressed to say the least, especially as it was a no reply e-mail address!!
However, the good news is that when I contacted Travelup they very quickly found out what was going on and re-issued my E-Ticket confirming my new booking (the problem arose because of a 5-minute change to one departure date!!).
