I made a hotel booking that's "non refundable" and realized I put the wrong dates 10 minutes later. I urgently contacted Travelup to update these dates and a consultant named Faraz Ali assisted me by contacting the property and arranging the dates to be changed. This was all done within 24 hours and I thank Faraz for this!!
