I spoke to Michelle Vincent regarding my request to change the flight date. Michelle was highly patient and customer centric. because this was an unconfirmed business trip, I have a lots of moving parts before I could make a decision. Michelle was extremely quick at getting back. We initially spoke over phone and the rest of the communication happened over emails, I must say the email response time is great and I was able to get my flight change with very less effort than I thought it would be.
