We had booked flights with travelup, I was planning on travelling with a friend, however she took seriously unwell and was unable to travel. We communicated with Peter Braun, who was empathetic and professional in dealing with our situation. We managed to get the flights arranged to that I could travel alone, without any charges being incurred.
