Having a lastminute urgent change of travel plans, I was able to connect with Ms Michelle V. She was patient,knowledgeable _ promptly responded to the questions I had, problem_solving by trying to allocate seats for my 10yrs old who was now to travel with other family members. Kept me on the loop and i felt valued & not rushed. Thank you for your time, help & advice too.
