Great experience with Safira John.
She answered my every query patiently and politely. I believe she deserve a better position in the company leadership. I am sure she is an asset to your company travel up.
The only thing I am concerned as of now that my final travel ticket would be received by end of the day and she convinced me well and I don’t need to worry much.
And if that so I am gonna all my next travel plans from travel up.
By the way this was my first experience with travel up :)
