Pathetic, horrible, disgusting guys. We booked tickets months in advance and wanted to cancel one persons' due to medical emergency and they said "We can't refund, this is non-refundable ticket", the worst thing was they didn't tell us at the time of booking. Wish the Government regulates such sneaky company who cheat loads of money.
