Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Rude unhelpful staff that couldn't care less about your problems. Our flights have been changed by 10 hours yet they refuse to give us a refund or even change our flights. Out of pocket by hundreds of pounds. Please please do not use this company!!!
