STAY AWAY. Awful, awful customer service and really shady reliability (don't even really know if I'm all set with my booking). I needed to change something with my booking and they told me to send an email and someone would get back to me. I still haven't heard back. I called and no one is able to actually help - they tell me to call back after hours and then I got a voicemail or direct me to an email that doesn't give a response.
