Crap! Unlike some website which have customer service available 24h, I was caught up into paying a flight ticket that from the start when I saw the receipt was with the wrong times, then when I was able to reach somebody I was told it was too late! Tickets were issued and no refund possible.
Another travel agent BudgetAir with which I had dealt earlier had reimbursed me within a day of my misbooking! Even when the ticket was issued.
