Such a bad experience!! Asked for an information and they changed my flight without my consent!And when i asked the reason why they said they could wait for my reply and changed my flights anyway. Very bad customer service, Jimmy is his name and was so rude, saying that didnt care about my job and i had to reply straight away!Very bad! Beware of their english, they misunderstood everything and still wanted to charge me 75pounds for a change i didnt want in the first place. Never again!
