We booked flights with travelup Feb 2018, we wanted to cancel an internal flight which cost less than 100 pound. To be told we had to £550. Less than 12hrs later this had increased to £1000! To cancel a fight we had already paid for.. rude staff unhelpful and each time is was put through to someone they all gave me different reasons to why they justifyed £1000. This has made a trip off a life time very stressful. I wouldn't every use them again.
