I have recently booked transantlantic flights for 3 people. This is not something that I do frequently so required quite a lot of help,particularly navigating myself around the pitfalls of electronic communications.
I was most fortunate that George Bailey dealt with my booking. Apart from being most helpful he went "over and above" to ensure that I was able to complete the booking with a minimum of fuss. Thank you George.
