Would advise people to have nothing to do with this company. We booked a holiday and due to their refusal to amend a booking for us despite it being within hours or the original booking we ended up paying £700 to take a two year old on her own seat on holiday. Complaints department is non existent. They are the most unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and would never have anything to do with them again.
