IF you want good service, this is not the place.
Once you make a hotel reservation, there's no way to cancel on your own.
If you call the customer service number, there's no service, you wait for 20 minutes for someone to answer and then they tell you that you need to write an e-mail and your request will be reviewed.
Stay away if you don't want to be in trouble.
