We booked our flight tickets via Travelup six months in advanced only to be notified two month prior to travel that they will have to make flight changes otherwise we have to cancel tickets with no refund.
Travelup agents who say they operate from uk have all staff speaking in foreign accent have told us on two separate occasions to either take the change that they are offering or loose the ticket with no refund, and blame the airline companies for making such changes.
