We recently had a problem with flights due to the collapse of BMI . We contacted Travelup and were advised by the very helpful Sofia Smith (customer services) that travelup would contact airline regrading a refund . Sofia was incredible helpful and efficient responding to E-mails immediately and getting our refund to us much more quickly than expected.
