Awful customer service. Have recently been on the phone for 45 minutes - 40 of which spent being told I was 'First in the queue, your call will be answered in approximately 10 seconds'. Only to get through, be passed around 3 different departments and placed on hold for another 10 minutes. Staff are rude and unhelpful, all stemming from an issue with a schedule flight change they refuse to help deal with. Avoid like the plague if you are considering using this company.
