received email stating return flight was cancelled was rebooked onto flight cutting my stay a day early. I phoned, emailed twice, then phoned again to be informed that my return flight had only been brought forward an hour and she couldn't understand why they dealt with this so badly. I have yet to discover why. With the initial booking was "awarded" a 10 quid voucher - I wont be using it, needless to say. No, Liam Johnson did not do well.
