Terrible customer service!! Have been trying to contact them for few weeks. In a few attempts when I've finally reached them on phone they say the responsible person is not available and keep promising to call me back very soon. And yet after few weeks I have not received a call neither a reply to my many emails!!! I bought my flight tickets from this company and paid extra for a 23kg luggage. However the airline charged me again at the airport as my bag allowance was not registered in their system. Putting the frustration at the airport aside, I've sent the receipt to this company to get a refund but NO ANSWER!!!!
