Seems that I am not the only person with issues! I made a booking with Travelup via Skyscanner. I have a booking reference by email confirming that my debit card has been authorized, however, I received an email from Travelup stating that I should contact my bank to confirm the payment which I did. My bank told me that Travelup were given a code and when they ask for the money the bank will release the payment. I gave them 4 hours until close of business to collect the payment which they did not!!
