Exceptionally courteous and efficient service for a very good deal. After a slight issue with their website, Sam voluntarily and quickly called me back to assist and, due to my slight date flexibility, managed to get me still better prices for a UK to USA return flight ticket. This also now included check-in baggage normally charged extra for on this BA flight economy seat, saving at least a further £80! No other price comparison site could get anywhere near this direct flight deal after extensive checking. Thank you Travelup for a great experience!
