Everything was fine until I needed to contact their customer services. Allegedly open from 9am - 6pm, called first thing in the morning to be kept waiting for 20 mins on hold despite being first in the queue and despite being given a 1 min wait time. Called again to speak to their schedule change department at 5.30pm but was told the person had left the office. Called again the next day at 9am to be told that this person was on a break after being in work for 30mins! Blatantly avoiding my calls all because I’m entitled to a cancellation and full refund. Indian call centre adds to the frustration of speaking to non native English speakers. AVOID!
