Failed to rectify a stupid mistake on e-ticket reported by email the following day didn’t allow me to departure. Money for ticket, programmed coach, hotel , and 6 days booked annual leave, ALL went out through the the window Very useless and some of operator very rude hang up phone during a conversation. What a great Customer Service!!!!
