My sisters and I booked a holiday with travelup, only for them to tell us two weeks before there was an error and our booking is not valid.
Their compromise was a lower standard hotel with a £40 discount.
Being in the same industry, I am shocked at the service and do not recommend booking with this company. Now we have to find a hotel in two weeks- most of which are fully booked and at premium prices.
Avoid disappointment and do not take the risk with this company. never again
