Well ive just read through the reviews what a mixed bag!! I Booked on line and have had two rescheduled BA flights, Sofia as dealt with me and sorted new flight times / issued new e.tickets and everytime she as come up trumps, great service from her. Flight in 3 weeks so will review once more on my return!! Great service from Sofia.
