Having used other lo-cost travel agencies,this Travelup is streets ahead for customer service. Kate Atkins helped us recover our booking and took the time to make sure we were able to complete payment online. At no point did she rush us, but showed great care to make sure we were happy. The waiting time was within minutes - considering we were ringing peak time. The price we paid for our ticket was definitely lo-cost and included baggage allowance in the same fee!
