My cancelled flight was transferred to another airline. My query about about the baggage was not picked up by the company for over two weeks as it was on an open office system? Travelup needs to sort this out in house.Once i managed to contact Fleming Greyson he apologized for this confusion and dealt with the problem very quickly.
