Travel up contacted me to let me know that there had been a change in one of my flight schedules. They asked me to contact them to confirm my acceptance which I thought was handy and quite convenient. Once I emailed back to accept thus change they emailed back with confirmation of the flight times and got back to me very quick. Janki was the customer service rep who contacted me.
