In light of recent circumstances with the corona virus I have been stranded in japan with no way to chane my flight and get home to my family , Travelup are uncontactable via phone and email and they have provided no service for me what so ever, my airline will not change my flight as it was booked through travelup
I have now phoned over 20 times and emailed them 6 times and have had no response over the past 7 days
Avoid poor service
