Absolutely agree with all comments and thought I was alone. They are disgusting and it hasn’t taken me long to form the view they are trying to deny a refund. However I intend to take this further. If anyone knows who is best to report the company to please advise in the meantime I will take action.
Definitely, this so run by a family and are not a legitimate company. If I am able to proceed successfully I will post who to report them to. They should be allow to trade going forward.
